So, for some reason these joints are the new hotness. BMX’s parts king have decided to stick with the original (Wombolt) two piece assembly (as opposed to regular three piece cranks). The spindle is connected solidly to the drive side of the cranks. I’m assuming it’s for ease of installation and rigidity. You be the judge. They say they’re running less pieces on ‘em, too. Peep the info/instructions section on their site. They come in fluorescent red, white and black. Just 175 mm for now, but more sizes in the future. I’m still running the old 175′s on my whip. Looks like it’s time for an upgrade. Soon as the residuals come in from my web edits I’m jumping on that $199 MSRP. Now if only I got flow from Odyssey.
