Once Upon a time on a farm in the middle of the country, where only dirt
roads can get too. Many animals lived on this farm, from the littlest
mouse to the biggest horse. Among these animals there lived a friendship
between the two unlikless animals. The bigger of the two waqs a cow and
his name was Bertha. Bertha was a tough cow and nothing scared him.
Bertha was big and fat. He lived on a farm since he was a small calf.
Bertha’s best friend was herbert. Herbert was a small rabbit. Herbert and
Bertha were the besttest friends. On the farm there lived happy and
dangerous animals. Growing up on this farm no matter how small you were,
you had to be tough. Herbert being small always had bully’s who wanted
to eat him for lunch. He was tough at a young age until he met Bertha.
Herbert asked Bertha to protect him against the big bully’s of the farm,
Bertha protected Herbert because they were best friends. During many
years Herbert started to eat and eat. Before he knew Herbert was fat and
lazy. Sleeping all day without a care in the world. One afternooon Mr.
Butcher came to the farm.During Mr. Butchers visit, he started collecting
all the toughest cow’s on the farm. Bertha happened to be one of Mr.
Butcher’s favorite. Herbert was fast asleep during Mr. Buthcer’s visit
and didnt know he took his best friend. Mr. Butcher took Bertha in the
back tent and hacked Bertha’s head off, which killed big tough Bertha.
Herbert awoke in the evening to say hi to his best buddy only to find out
Bertha had left and was never coming back. Sitting at home Herbert was
startled by Mr.Alligator who was walking toward him. Herbert was so fat
and lazy he couldn’t run away. Before you new it Mr.Alligator gobbled
herbert up and walked back to the pond he came from. THE END
