Terry was born in a rural setting in what is now known as Jim Thorpe, PA. His father being a military man, moved the family to San Diego at the tender age of three. I could feel some animosity towards his dad as one of his goals was “ to prove the son-of-a-bitch wrong.” A man after my own heart.
Coming 18 credits shy of his Bachelors Degree, he left school and joined a firm Edison Brothers. There he started his career as a file clerk knowing that they promote from within. Eager to climb the corporate ladder, he became the youngest Assistant Art Director. Only taking him two and a half years.
An outdoor enthusiast, artist, actor and loving uncle Terry loves the stage in any setting and it suits him very well. He is accomplished in his career not just as a Graphic Designer, but as a teacher as well. You can tell he has passion for what he does and it was a privilege to be in one of his classes. He makes learning fun, there is never a dull moment. I hope I am lucky enough to learn more from him, the self proclaimed “ crazy ass idiot.”
