Sister Guadalupe wakes up on a Tuesday and questions her faith. She says to herself “Is there really a god and if there isn’t why am I here and not outside the church walls being promiscuous?” So she heads to the church library to study all aspects of religion to get a broad view of it so she can make a decision for herself. She finds a book called “If you hate god this book is for you”. So she goes “hmmmm that seems interesting.” So she dives in the book and what she finds are some incantations in a language she has never seen before. So she picks a random one and says it out loud and thinks nothing of it. Later that night she goes to bed and does her nightly prayers like any other night. And when she goes to bed images of her clubbing and doing cocaine with a man named Burt flash through her mind and suddenly she can’t move. She is frightened and blacks out. She wakes in the morning wet and in club apparel and with a dry bloody nose. She quickly changes and showers before anyone discovers her. As she was showering she remembers that she was taught that if she ever sinned she would be smyted by god. But nothing happened. In her mind she got away with murder. She walks to morning mass with a smug smile on her face and she sits down in her chair and noticed she was floating. Two priests see her and ask her what she is doing and she replied with a snotty tone “I’m on my high horse”.
