How to be Paranoid

February 5th, 2010 · No Comments · Miscellaneous

For people who are constantly paranoid, these are some tips on how to feel more comfortable in a room with many people.

1. As you enter a room, find the seat closest to the door. This will be the best place to be if a fire or earthquake happens without warning.

2. Leave several feet of space between you and the person sitting close to you; especially if this person is a stranger. It could be nearly impossible to predict when and if they might do anything dangerous.

3. Observe your surroundings. It may also help to sit in a position where you can watch everyone in the room. This way you can react quickly to a bad situation.

4. Form a defensive strategy. If someone appears with a weapon, it’ll be important to know how to use different objects in the room to defend yourself.

5. Don’t leave yourself vulnerable. Never allow yourself to be in a situation where an enemy can sneak up on you. Falling asleep is one of the worst mistakes a person can make. Also, make sure the doors in the room remain closed. The sound a door makes can alert you to a new person entering the room.

As long as a person follows these rules, it’s very unlikely that anything could happen to them. Of course, there will always be some possibility.
